Terms and Conditions of Website Development Service

1- Introduction:

• These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of website development services provided by Inteligns to its clients.

2- Payment Terms:

• Initial Payment: Clients are required to pay 50% of the total package price upon agreeing to a specific package via Bank Transfer.
  
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed website.

3- Delivery Timeline:

• Development Period: The timeline for the development of the client's website commences from the date of receipt of the initial payment.
• We aim to deliver the completed website within the period agreed on from the date of agreement, subject to the timely receipt of all necessary client inputs.

4- Client Adjustments:

• Clients are entitled to request adjustments to their website throughout the development process, until the final delivery of the website.
  
• All adjustment requests must be communicated clearly and in a timely manner to ensure they are incorporated effectively.
• Free Adjustments: After the delivery of the website, clients are entitled to request up to three free small adjustments. This may include changes in content, pictures, and other minor modifications.
  
• These adjustments must be requested within 30 days of the website delivery.
• Beyond Free Adjustments: Any additional adjustments beyond the initial three will be subject to additional charges, as per the discretion of Inteligns.

5- Refund Policy:

• Before Delivery: If a client requests a refund while their website is in the development phase, 25% of the total agreed package price will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
  
• After Delivery: Once the website is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

6- Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights in the developed website shall remain the property of Inteligns until full payment is received.

7- Liability and Warranty:

• Inteligns warrants that the delivered website will function as agreed upon. However, Inteligns is not liable for issues arising from third-party services or client modifications post-delivery.
• Post-Delivery Responsibility: Once the website is delivered and full payment is received, Inteligns is not responsible for any content or activities on the website that may be against the law.
  
• Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that the content and use of their website comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8- Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the development process.

9- Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

• Inteligns reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

10- Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
